White fruits and blossom in the bouquet. Same on the palate, herbaceous with good acidity and some impressions of oak.

Perfect foil for Thai food (massaman curry with shrimp and rad na.) Brisk and bracing with notes of crisp apple pear, tangerine and a hint of oaky vanilla. Did a lovely job cutting through the rich sweetness of coconut milk Took a chance, wish I had another bottle or two.

A rare find, especially in the States. An Aussie old vine Sémillon from the Barossa valley. It had been kept in the refrigeration unit by my sommelier, notwithstanding the relatively low price. Light bright colour, light bright olfactory emission. Balance and very few flaws (and no major ones), though ever so slightly warm on the uptake at first. Savory but mild, inoffensive but flavourful. light straw color. honeysuckle, honeydew and apricots on the nose. this is medium+ bodied with melons, lemons and a rich, creamy finish. 12% alcohol and medium acidity. a white with some serious personality.

Fabulous value; great balance; acid and mineral flavors are countered by just enough fruit to make this a perfect quaffing white and a nice seafood wine; going to get some more now
