Medium gold. Nicely balanced, fresh and lively. Drinks like good Chablis.

Hard to describe, but a real surprise. Palate keeps teasing it will be harsh. But it is not. Closest I can say is similar to Austrian gruner veltliner.

Just perfect at 5-6 years. Not much on nose. But palate is light to medium bodied, smooth and fresh. Easy to drink, hard to describe. Citrus, almond?
