To no surprise, my first Wetumka. Initially, floral and apple aromas, palate apple, slightly cidery. Light alcohol. Within about 15 minutes it developed a Scuppernong nose. On day 2 it was more redolent of scuppernongs than scuppernong wine itself. Dead ringer. Quaffable enough.
