Decanted for 1h then back into bottle and brought to tasting at John G's home. Note is 6.5h after decant. Nice aromas of apples, lemons, seashells, minerals, mild honeysuckle. Palate with tart fresh and baked apples, some herbs, seashells, hint of honeysuckle and a touch of parmesan. Med body with excellent acids. Nice finish. Drinking really well and on a nice arc on its evolution. If I had another bottle, would open in 5 yrs or so to follow its …

From memory. Didn't get to spend as much time with this as I works have liked. Decanted in fridge for 1.5 them back only bottle but took at least another hour for the wine to come together. Minerals interweaved with smoke, herbs, just ripe apples, meyer lemon. Excellent acids. Nice depth and weight. Enjoyed this more as the night went on with greater harmony.

Drinking well and in good shape - the fruit has leaned out a bit but still in good shape. Enjoyable

Consumed last of 12 bottles. No formal TN, but a delicious rendition of Chablis, enjoyed with sushi.

Wine #10 of 12 purchased. Delicious Chablis, true steely Chardonnay with citrus, slate, and toast. Very faint hint of oak used. Drink now through 2019.

Another great showing for this wine. A tad dilute, but classic varietal flavors of lemon and stones. Just lovely and still so fresh.

Classic, understated notes of sea breeze, brine, bright citrus. Medium long finish. This is still young, with another 3-7 years ahead of it.

This Chablis was delicious this evening. My wife and I polished off the bottle in no time. So tasty, with citrus and faint oak, chalk and soil signature. The finish is long and the acidity is full of verve. Drink now through 2019+.

Totally a point at the moment with good acidity and a firm mineral streak. Really good tonight with salt-broiled Chilean sea bass.

Really loved this. Very crisp and streamlined, with superb breadth and flavor authority at the same time. Lemon oil, all the classic Chablis saline notes, nice balancing acidity and an adequate finish. Just starting its run, this was best after warming in glass for an hour.

In a better place than 3 years ago, integrated soft oak with lemon oil and pear. Very nice acidity, very enjoyable. Will drink the remaining bottles over the next 3 - 5 years.

Consumed this wine over 2 days. Showing a slightly deeper amber color as it gets a little age on it. This 1er Cru is really in a nice place right now, with lemon oil, flowers, and slight honeyed notes on the nose, followed by mineralogy and tense acidity on the palate. It is an energetic and delicious wine, and should continue to drink nicely through 2020+...probably significantly longer, but I would err on the side of current deliciousness.

Saturday nite's alright for...tasting : Used this wine in a blind tasting. The Chablis was the WOTN for about half the group...many of them had heard of Chablis but never tasted one before, so that was nice to turn people onto such a wonderful wine region. Citrus and chalk on the nose and palate, with great tart acidity and a med+ length finish of lime over rocks. Everything is in order in this wine, it is drinking beautifully now and …

God 1'er cru Chablis med flott balanse mellom fylde og syre. Aroma av sitrus, mineraler, litt eple, grapefrukt. I munnen er den medium+ fyldig, god lengde. Flott vin til prisen. 89/90 p

Much, much better than my first bottle in Nov 2013. This is nicely composed now, much better balanced and has found its footing. Really quite nice, good clarity, no noticeable oak, nice acids. New City with family.

PnP and enjoyed on a 75 degree gorgeous afternoon and evening. Delicious citrus and chalk notes are evident on both the nose and palate. Med+ lively acidity and med+ citrus and mineral laden finish. Nice complexity, very good balance, but is still quite tart and tense. I believe this will loosen it's grip and further improve with another 3 years of bottle age, and will drink nicely through 2021+.

Pale gold. Decanted 2 hrs. Just beginning to open up.Tart apple aromas with some citrus and minerals. Apples, unripe peaches, pineapples with nice minerals on the midpalate. Nice finish with a seamless blend of fruit and minerals. Long lingering minerally sensation left behind. Nicely done but definitely needs a couple of years before the next one.

A very nice 1er Cru Chablis, with generous tart green apple and grapefruit aromas and flavors, with a purposeful mineral/slate tension that adds interest and complexity. No signs of oak (adding to my happiness), this is a young Chablis which is rounding out nicely to drink now, but will continue to improve another 2-3 years in bottle and drink well through 2020 or so. I like the energy and cut it has now, on the younger side. Delicious.
