A better showing for this wine this time. This is still big and fruity, but the alcohol was much less noticeable with this bottle and it had a pleasant stoniness to it as well. Still, I don't know where this is going and I'll be finishing my last bottle this summer.

Forgot to take notes at the time, but from memory this is ripe and somewhat alcoholic, but not particularly complex. I don't know where this is going and will probably drink my remaining bottles this summer.

Don't know about how this one's aging. Mostly baked apples on the nose, not that much complexity, and some heat showing up on the finish. I don't think I'll be risking my bottles for much longer. As the primary fruit fades there doesn't seem to be so much there to take its place.

Similar to my note from 1/28/06. Leaning a bit more towards dried fruits to complement the kiwi notes, maybe. A nice bottle that is not quite as exotic as it once was. It needs to be paired with a relatively rich dish, as it is rather full-bodied.

Honeydew, apple pie with baking spices, and kiwi on the nose. On the palate, this has lost much of its baby fat and is now showing a bit of minerality to complement the fruit. Spicy finish, showing a touch of heat perhaps. A very interesting wine, though I'm not as impressed as I was with the last bottle.

Tons of melon and citrus flavors on the nose and in the mouth: grapefruit and pineapple dominate with hints of honeydew. This is an odd wine flavor-wise - pretty good but a bit rough also. What will happen with time or how would this be with food?

Huge nose of kiwi, pear, and spice. Incredible concentration and balance on the palate. Long spicy finish. Outstanding.

Pleasant nose and flavors with simple fruit. A bit flabby in the middle and then also a little hot on the slightly short finish.
