Very aromatic wine, aromas of peppers and spices, leather and lillies. The Cabernet Franc component of this wine is really appealing. A perfect food company. Also, this wine has a nicely defined structure with rounded tannins and a wonderful juicyness. The long remaining elegant flavors make you look forward to the next sip. Great natural wine!

Dinner at Mariusz & Agnieszka's place : Very lively bouquet with some vegetal earthiness and some saliney seaweedy notes. Then quite bright fruit on the palate with crisp, clean mouth feel. No massive complexity on the palate but just a very nice wine to drink. (CF/CS blend / Bottle tasted apparently from 2008 vintage though no vintage stated on label as it is a Vin De France)
