100% Grasparossa. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts that starts in concrete and transferred to bottle where there fermentation ends. Rather pale and 'light' for being a Grasparossa. Bright and crunchy red cherry fruit. Soft mousse and a little tangy acidity. Very easy-drinking and not particularly complex. Lacks a bit in intensity but it doesn't bother me at all since this has a lot of charm instead.
2019 vintage
