Actually has gained some depth since the last bottle in 2018. Nose has some tar and dark floral notes. Palate is deeper than before with earth notes, minerality, spice and good acidity.

Has gained in depth, though it is still is a workmanlike nebbiolo on the light side. Bright nose of floral and a bit of tar. Palate is also bright, a bit of spice, some earthtones, and (more) brightness from acidity. A very drinkable, bright nebb.

Takes about an hour for this to really show. Very nice food nebbiolo. Probably needs a few more years to really take advantage of its obvious good qualities.

Nose of earth, dark fruit. Medium body in the mouth, with strong fruit up front, though that mellowed somewhat after 1/2 hr of bottle being opened. Long dry finish.
