As before. Drier than I recall and the creamy strawberry seems to be receding.

Very dry. Fine if you are putting in a mixed drink - but not good enough on its own. 50% Sav Blanc/50% Semillon.

Noticeably dryer than any previous bottle I've had. Still yeasty and delicious, especially for the price.

Darn nice wine. Strawberry, cream and hay with a fresh pear and green apple note. This bottle went really fast at the dinner party.

Consistent with my prior notes. Very nice way to start the holiday.

Apples, ripe and underripe peaches, brioche, lime, pear nectar, hay, and minerals on the nose. Lemon, stone fruit, lime, minerals, and earth on the palate. Mouthwatering acidity, med-full body, medium-long finish. Big. I have to admit that I don't really like this wine as a style. It seemed a bit too heavy to be a refreshing sparkling wine, so I enjoyed it more as it degassed. That said, it was very well made. I need to try their still dry …

A year later and this is much nicer to my palate. White fruit, chalkiness, and a touch more austere. Quite nice for late warm summer days

Nice citrusy fresh nose, soft mousse, peach, apple and pear. Juicy with a nice finish. Very pleasant - and impressive bottle to boot.

I believe this is my first-ever Bordeaux sparkling wine. Good weight, just slightly underripe orchard fruit character. Tasty.

Nice dark color, lots of body. Guava dominates but also lemon and brioche and some minerality on the finish. Excellent value.

I thought this was surprisingly enjoyable. Plenty of hay on the nose, and seemingly very dry The palate was actually plenty of creamy fruit, including peach and strawberry. Nice mousse and lingering finish. Damn good with an odd pairing of chicken and sausage gumbo, but it really worked. I'm very happy with this.

Fruit forward with peaches, apricots, and lemon dominating. Seemed good friendly, although the bottle ran out before the food started. Funny, that.

much better this time, but not surfacing to the level of "good." maybe "fine." good match with hot pot.

Extremely fruit forward with lots of fuzzy yellow peach and passionfruit, which is exactly what I don't want in a French sparkling. I tried this with a few foods to see if I could find a decent match. I didn't. However, would make a perfectly good Prosecco fill-in for your next Aperol Spritz party.

weirdly volatile and offputting, swing and a miss from rimmerman

A really interesting wine. Nose is dry and minerally but also has fresh peaches and dried apricots, hinting at Sauternes. Light, crisp palate with minerals on the finish. Seems like a good wine for a blistering hot day when anything heavy, rich, or complex would feel overbearing. I was shocked, however, how well this wine paired with mildly spicy asian food— like sushi with wasabi or spicy Hawaiian poke. I dare say that it pairs better than any Sekt or …
