Aerated for about 1 1/2 hours, served in a Spiegelau Definition Bordeaux Glass. Cloudy golden colour. Nose: Tart yellow apple, lemon zest and quince appear in the beginning. Soon after, notes of crushed stones, green tea, cooked parsley and coriander seeds come through. On the finish, the wine then shows notes of hops and yeasty undertones.
