Glass stopper. 14% ABV. Decanted for four hours in the morning, poured over dinner. Dark ruby colour. Dark and some red fruit, dark cherry, black currant, coffee, cocoa, spices, vanilla and smoke, with fresh acidity, well-integrated tannin, and very good length. Concentrated and very long, with generous oak. Tightly wound. Very young, but very promising. Needs time. Start drinking from 2028.

Mittelburgenland DAC Tasting Event Graz (Graz, Austria) : Beautiful wine, elegant blackberry fruit that is perfectly balanced by a ripe but prominent acidity, very elegant oak flavors, silky but present tannins, some dark chocolate notes on the finish. Still very young, but will develop well. - 92 points
