Pretty sad this was my last 2009. Decanted a few hours and it really shone. Lovely fruit and good/soft tannic grip. This is a really lovely and juicy Nebbiolo. And at around 30 € paid for this it is a steal.

Decanted 3 hours. And that is a minimum. Lovely fruity at this point. Lots of cherries plus Nebbiolo spices in a great mixture. Great wine for the price (29 Euro)

Decanted about 3 hours and it still didn't open fully. Very charming and fruity Barbaresco, with good, light structure. Will be nice to try when it is ready.

Heaps of red fruit, licorice & earth. Beautiful structure & a super long finish. Smells wonderful too. Went back & got a couple more to tuck away.

The fruit is darker in tone than the 2010 Manzola. Darker color, more expressive nose. Some tar and licorice. Tasty.

The nose showed dark red fruits, dried floral tones, and hints of exotic spice. The palate showed dark fruit tones yet was still juicy and focused with an elegant structure. The finish was long with staying red fruit, earth and minerals. It’s an impressive effort.

Tre Bicchieri - 2014 (The Metropolitan - NYC) : Smells great. Mint, ripe black cherry, very dry and structured. Good but a bit of a let down after how nice it smells.
