Zambartas Sémillon

Wines of Cyprus; 5/19/2008-6/10/2008 : Not giving much on the nose. Good snap right off on the palate and bright acids. Semillon typicity and well done w/o dustiness. Good structure, weight and cut, but really not giving a broad flavor. Time faceted out the acids and gave some citrus rind as well as some tumeric (?) like spice. Odd white bean notes on the finish. Interesting potential here.
