Opened at restaurant. Got about 45" of air in the bottle before we started drinking it. Very nice. You know that sense when you take your initial sip and go, "Oh yeah..." That's what we got! Excellent balance of grenache and mourvedre. Interestingly, and somewhat unusually, the blend is 50/50. Dark fruits, some nice earthiness, and a nice lift from the grenache. Would you like some more? Yes, please!
