La botrytis era dominante en las uvas utilizadas para elaborar este blanco dulce, con 100 gr/l de azúcar residual que muestra un perfil seductor, elegante, con toques de orejones, cera de abeja, algo de almíbar y miel ligera... y en boca resulta goloso, con sensación cremosa en boca, muy bien de acidez, largo y muy bien definido.
