Clear, medium lemon colour. Grapefruit and grape and orange peel, ripe golden delicious, banana and ripe melon and pineapple, bit of baked fruits. Fennel and mint. Bread dough, toast and butter from lees and malo - and vanilla and coconut from oak. Very well balanced. Still developing but already tertiary signs of kerosene and toast.
