Big old fruit bomb. A sort of Bordeaux Californian hybrid from Tuscany. Not bad to begin with but overpoweringly chewy after a couple of glasses. Not the most refined drop of wine..

Probably the best Italian Cabernet I've had. Intense on the nose, soft tannins on the palate, and a long finish. Probably this is kind of Cabernet that powers the Supertiscans.
