Pizzini Pinot Grigio

Dry, tart, almost Riesling-like with the front palate sharpness. Does fade somewhat. Good for those who like a little cut-through.

On tour with Tim and Phil day two (Beechworth and King Valley) : Rock melon, pear, clean, lightweight, nose. Juicy, muted fruit, a little texture, more pear on the palate, the rock melon plays second fiddle. Drink young as you like Pinot Grigio.
