Fruity, clean and mineral with aromas of boysenberry, raspberry, leather and a hint of wosterchire sauce. Medium bodied with medium(+) acid, medium tannin, a juicy midpalate and a savory mouthwatering finish. Like a brighter, lighter Blaufrankish. Good for 3-5 years. Nice with tonkatsu.
