85: A dry white with light effervescence that hides in the bottle but reveals itself when in a glass. It's unusual, not just because it's "frizzante" but also a European style Chardonnay to start with. Nice color. Slightly tart finish. Paired well with fancy cheeses and a chicken primavera pasta.
