MNB: Oregon II (Home (Noe st)) : (blind) Pale yellow color. Clear. Neutral nose. 2g RS, 13.5% alcohol (actually 13.2% alcohol, medium acid, medium bitterness. Super neutral. No oak (actually 20% new). Dilute midpalate. There's a weird greenness to this - maybe asparagus? Guess: 2017 Pinot Gris, Willamette, $18 (actually $25). estimated pH: 3.5 (3.4 pH) estimated TA: 6? (actually 7.5g) Actually 2017 Averaen Chardonnay, Willamette Valley. $25. Analysis: I don't get this at all... seems dilute and flabby.
