Solide et musclé. Beaucoup de matière, des cerises et des mures avec des épices, poivre et anis, de la garrigue et de la fumée. Les tannins sont bien enrobés et la finale bien longue est un peu saline. Excellent.

A mouthful of spice. Nose of steamed earth and garrigue. More garrigue and wood on the palate: oregano, thyme, rosemary, some oak but tactful. Strong tannins, long finish. To me this drinks more like a Priorat than a CdP. Like a Mogador or Costers del Siurana this has an illustrious future ahead of it. Would pair with a cigar. Contrary to some prior CT notes from others, to me this St Cosme is anything but soft or light. It’s diametrically …

Tasting notes are all over the map I see. Black raspberry, barnyard, maraschino cherry, anise. Tart, thin and high toned, all traits I didn't enjoy in the last vintage I tasted, (2012?). While I prefer most of my Southern Rhones fairly young, I think this wine has some decent upside and could benefit from another seven years maybe.

Not very aromatic. Soft dark fruit, earthy, woody flavors, smooth tannins and a medium long finish - quite enjoyable wine by itself. Went well with lamb kebabs. A bit of alcohol hit though.

Black fruit up front, core is medium-low notes with wood and black pepper, finish is a balance of tannin, acidity and alcohol heat.

Décanté 2h30. Nez sur les prunes, les fruits bleus (bleuets), les épices, la réglisse noire. Medium body, tannins bien intégré, acidité moyenne, longue finale. Excellent.

This is a lean version of CdP. It's got good depth, but little grenache sweetness.

Decent CdP that needs some time to open. Some good complexity to the flavor and with the darker color I’m guessing it has a fair bit of Syrah and Mourvèdre in there. Medium colored with a fairly powerful nose (once opened up) of candied cherries, juicy plum and baking spices. Flvor does indeed have plush fruits but is also a bit more savory, with plenty of cedar, oregano and tar … a bit of cooked carrot too. Largeish body and …

I liked it, but my wife was not so keen. Kind of had a licorice taste to me, but for her it was something else and not to her liking. I would give another couple of points if she had liked it as well.

Very approachable now--smooth. First impression is semi-fruit forward, deliciously dense body. Continuing, one discovers that the red fruit is more complex, with hints of rhubarb, blueberry, graphite and licorice, balanced by firm acidity and velvet tannins. This would pair well with roast lamb, pork or even herbed chicken. Richer than CDR but not as complex nor balanced as some other CDPs. Very good, not great but loved the density.

A Mix at Irene's (Irene's House, St. Paul) : Medium ruby red color. PNP, drank a glass over 45 minutes. Tart bing cherry, earthy, herbal, medium bodied, cherry palate, traditional, surprisingly ready to go. Classy old school CdP style. 91+(+)pts.

Nice midweight, pepper inflected, red fruit - lovely Rhône exemplar.

Very soft wine. Smooth and well balanced but not exciting.

Enjoyable, straightforward, not sure this will go much further in terms of aging, fruit dominant, low complexity, pleasant
