Domaine Netofa Rosé Lower Galilee

Nose: very aromatic and dominated by mustiness (very unusual) and big honey. Very ripe peach. Palate: medium bodied, low acidity. Big evidence of sulfuric acid, the sulfur was improperly managed during the winemaking process. Undrinkable, unrated.

A blend of about 50/50 Syrah and Mourvèdre. Light pink in color with orange reflections. On the nose, blossoming spring flowers, canned pears and fresh strawberries as well as watermelon. Light in body with on the palate freshly picked strawberries, sour cherries, watermelon, peaches, nice minerals with medium acidity and a touch of paprika on the rather short finish.
