A private lunch (Restaurant Tannay, Amsterdam, NL) : Pale amber colour; sweet, nutty and figgy, bright and fresh, lifted spices (cardamom, mace), concentrated but energetic and elegant, steely acidity, real drive and length on the finish, very good resonance and length.
