Raft Wines Antonella

Blend of Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara. Picked much earlier than a Valpolicella would be, light style/color. Medium nose shows bright cherry, dried flowers, dried spice. Palate has more structure than expected, medium tannins, medium plus acidity, adds some earth tones with Italian hints, herbs, dried red fruits, very light style overall. Would be interesting pairing wine for summer fare.
