Lieu-dit Cru "Blind White" Dinner Featured the Wine of Henri Boillot (L2O - Chicago IL) : Single blind in a vertical flight of Boillot Mouchère. Good floral start with mature fruit. Easy to enjoy. Time to drink up.

needs a bit of time to breathe but then a deep honey and butterscotch with citrus.

Lunch at SO Redux (SO Reux) : Crystal clear with just a hint of straw in the colour. this wine did not give up much on intial inspection with the nose being almost non existant. Ithought at first perhaps it was too cold an dwas not revealing itself, but this never changed the entire time in the glass. Strong fruit upfront with a wallop of citrus from mid palate to finish.
