Dureuil-Janthial Bourgogne

A little bit thin, some of the fruit have faded, the oak is mellowing, high acid, in a weird place right now.

Raspberry, cherry and red florals. Fresh, light styled palate, mid depth and length. Nicely composed and bright.

Opened for a couple of hours before tasting. Good nose. Very pleasant with decent long finish Will no doubt get even better over next year or two. Good value Bourgogne

Nice Burgundy pointers but fruit is nearly invisible at this point though , high acidity , tea like tannins, the "Elevage" still takes over the whole thing so I recommend holding on a couple of years before trying one if you have any of these in stock.
