This was nice, but not great. Not as good as some othr red sancerres. This may be pinot, but reminds you more of a gamay than red burgundy. Peppery, solid acidity.

Spicy wine with pepper, cloves and dried herbs. Good mouthfeel, with bright red fruit and coffee notes.

medium ruby colored. nose exudes currants and bay leaf. opens up to show all sorts of spices, like a mess of spices that spilled out. fresh, medium tannins with bouncy acidity and lots of minerals. nice finish.

Loire (Wine Exchange (Orange, CA)) : Medium light violet. Pretty, almost bouncy cherry fruit, with a doused cigar thrown in as well. Silken texture; would satisfy a Burgundy fix in a pinch.
