Pale golden colour, smells of quince and in the background a little bit of both lovage and apricot, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, medium body, the second glass has a nice and crisp acidity, in the mouth quince and lovage, in the aftertaste quince and acidity with a little bit of lovage in the background, good length (15 sec), really great Gutsriesling.
