A strong flare of alcohol on the finish mars this wine. Before the alcohol kicks in and burns your taste buds there's some nice acidity and an interesting, quinine-like bitter flavor. All about minerality. No fruit. No oak. I'd like to try this in a bottling that is balanced and doesn't have the alcohol flare. A Kermit Lynch import.
