This wine has aged well. I put the wine in a decanter, but started drinking immediately to see how the wine changed. Initial nose was a little musky with a pretty good alcohol presence (alcohol is 15.5% per label). As the wine sat the fruit came through and the alcohol diminished. The wine is a deep ruby/garnet color, it has a slight red fruit jammy nose after sitting with a typical Sangiovese palate and finish. This wine outstanding and has …
