Tasted on 9 October 2025 by the Urla Tuesday Tasting Group. On the nose: bitter chocolate, coffee bean, faint smoked meat, roasted coffee, savory meat notes, black pepper–red pepper, dried cherry, light truffle. On the palate: very smooth and velvety. Medium body, finish close to long. Tannins soft. Fruit expression vivid. Wouldn’t guess 2016—shows youthful liveliness. Aromatic intensity high; palate leans more toward red fruit than the nose.
