Oxidized in a not particularly pleasant way.

Don't care for this varietal and this was no exception. I dumped it down the drain..

So pale and weak as to be almost tasteless. If I really concentrate and swish and swirl it, it tastes a bit like grape juice.

Wheat/straw color, darker than I expected. Sour apple up front with mineral and limestone finish. A bit too much acid for my taste.

"tastes like a rose," said one wag, and she may be right; thick mouthfeel, rich flavors; ready

Tasty enough; light S. Rhone flavor profile; worth the $10

The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Matt & Jody's) : Pale straw color. Opened with citrus, grass and jalapeno aromas - I immediately thought Sauv Blanc. Slightly creamy texture, with grassy fruit flavors and obvious acidity. The bouquet developed a floral/handsoap quality with air. I started leaning toward Albarino before finally giving up.

13% ABV. Pale in the glass. Aromatically this was showing some vague white fruit along with a waxy herbal note. Medium to light bodied on the palate, dry with tangy white fruit. Eh.

Reasonably good bottle of wine. Harmless for sure. Consistent with last time, this drink is just fine. But 90 points Jay Miller means approximately 86 points in the real world.

13% ABV. Pale straw colored in the glass. Consistent with my most recent note, with somewhat vague white citrus fruit accented by a zesty quality. Medium to light bodied on the palate with tangy white fruit. I was hoping for a little more concentration, but didn't get it. A bit innocuous, but fine.

Candy-like nose, almost like a watermelon jolly rancher candy. Very sweet-smelling that's for sure. On the palate it's much more dry than the nose would suggest. Strong acidity, light body, a good deal of acidity. Overall very pleasant, but nothing awe-inspiring. A good value at WTSO prices, but I wouldn't pay more for it.

13% ABV. Pale straw colored in the glass. This bottle was a little less focused than my previous bottle, but similar with somewhat vague white citrus fruit accented by a zesty quality. Medium to light bodied on the palate with tangy pear fruit and a suggestion of wax, growing tangy late.

13% ABV. Pale straw colored. This Garnacha Blanca starts with a somewhat pungent steely iodine citrus zest nose with some underlying vague white citrus fruit. It is medium bodied on the palate with citrus white pear fruit and a suggestion of wax and a (not unpleasant) herbal nuance. Turns a little tangy late. Interesting. The waxy nuance is the only thing that reminds of what I typically get from white rhone varieties, but those are usually Marsanne or Roussanne. Pretty …

Subtle lemon, green apple, and fresh herbs on the nose. Mildly tart lemon and apple on the palate, again fairly subtle. Very crisp without being overly tart.

Quite nice. A good bit of peach flavors and lemon zest on the mid palate with a nice finish. Solid white from unique varietal!

I'm not normally a fan of really high acid white wines, but this one has enough fruit, depth, and character to balance out that acid to make a really nice moth full of white wine. This one is reaching into the upper tier of 90 point plus white wines. The color is dark straw to golden. The nose is amazing with up front peaches and melon. All kinds of concentrated white fruits with peaches and lemon. A nice touch with …
