Fulldraw Vineyard Grenache Blanc Bamboo

Poured at the winery. Bottle was opened the day prior (~ 8-hour slow ox). Hazy, unfiltered, golden straw color. Honey, white pear, and lemon-lime soda. Smooth, dry palate, with soft acidity. 88% Grenache Blanc and 12% Clarette Blanche This is a rare white that my wife really liked. Unfortunately, I was less impressed. It’s good, but not great. Apparently the GB spends its time in concrete, while the CB is in neutral oak. Very unique white.
