Serious Brandy Double Blind Newbie Tasting : Double Blind. Wild nose, bright golden color, clearly not old brandy. Green notes and younger oak forward, touch of new make. Herbal, lemon, and just apple and pear central. Floral nose. Well make, but just not my personal preference in style, I need more oak. 6-7 year bottling, 70% pear 30% apple, column still
