Pierre Boisson Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge

Very nice plush and red-fruited Beune. Strawberry, Rasberry, Cherry core, with some citrusy vibe, Generous, vibrant and tangy with elegant body, with perfect balance and fresh acidity. Wants to be served on the cooler side to keep purity and freshness in check. It does have some stuffing to develop further complexity and there are definitely more here, and punching well above its weightclass. Boisson is a producer with a range of great wines and their whites are also stellar.
