Subtle, smooth and silky tannins. The wine starts off with musty, barnyard notes which dissipated after 10 minutes. Teeming with buzzing scents of rich & ripe yet in-balance red fruit - cherries & raspberries, rose petals, herbs, fine hints of earth. In a better place now than last year. Raspberries on the nose. Mixed berries on the palate. Solid.

Lovely raspberry and blackberry bruit with an excellent floral touch. Has a nice touch of freshly ground black pepper and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste. Very lively fresh young acidity with a good overall balance. Needs a decant of about 30-45 min to open up. Lovely wine. 91-92p
