Color: medium yellow. Nose: dominant note is classic pouilly-fume cat urine. Also some underripe melon. Palate: tart, refreshing acid. Very dry and bracing, but with fruit flavors emerging. Honeydew and lychee. Green apple. The finish is tart fruit. Interesting and complex enough to be fun. 90
