PnP. Classic Burg, mellowed fruit, brett and some charcuterie. My last and only bottle. Should’ve bought more

My last bottle out of 9 bottles. Same notes as my last tasting 4 months ago. It was subtle and velvety on the palate. Very enjoyable over past 4+ years. In hindsight, I think this bottle should have been drunken around 6-8 years mark, and not 10 years. This bottle was more remarkable with some bite in the earlier years. It became tamed and mellow in the later years, which was difficult to compare against some of the better premier …

Another bottle since 33 months ago. Wine had matured slightly. Medium ruby/garnet with pink rim. Redcurrant, dark cherry, stewed strawberry, farmyard, baguette, dried roses, tobacco, animal, cedar, mild olive oil, and spices. Medium-full bodied, medium-high acidity, medium-high tannin, medium to medium-high structure, medium alcohol and long finish. Complex, perfume and elegant. Velvet on the palate and stalky finish. Well-balanced. Recommend to breath for an hour before drinking. Prime to drink now.

Pink rim, ruby red center. Raspberry, cherry, spice, vanilla, cinnamon, and bacon fat. Medium-high acidity, good structure, excellent grip, and crushed petal finish. There was plenty of tannins and well-balanced. Wonderful, especially from Côte Chalonnaise.

yeah, too early to drink this one. Much darker in color and bigger in style than I had expected. There's tannins, alcoholic heat, some oak and lots of charming pinot fruit complexity in the dark fruit spectrum. Not really my style of pinot but good quality for sure. Should be much better in a few year's time and probably better served with some lamb chops rather than a mushroom risotto.

Very distinct raspberry notes, some chocolate and a touch of cinnamon. Very soft on the palate, long aftertaste, very good concentration and finesse in the fruit!
