Murawai Area Visits with David (Kumeu, Auckland, NZ) : Ripe bell pepper with a hint of coffee (pyrazines and slight oak). Slight cinnamon and clove from possible slight brett and a hint of oak - very interesting and savory. Medium body. Elevated acid and tannins. Some black cherry. Some ripe plum. A great merlot, especially at the price!
