You get a lot of dark fruits with oak and peppery senes. Tannins is a bit rough and it feels a bit alcoholic (given it's at 14.5%) but it reduces fairly quickly which then comes with some nice acidity and a long finishing with leathery notes. Overall not a bad one pairing with reindeer and lamb shoulder. @Bardus Bistro&Bar in Tromso, Norway.
