Appearance: Med Lemon. Nose: Med+ intensity. Apricot, biscuits, butter, yeasty, honey, developing. Palate: Dry, high acidity, med+ intensity,apricot, 五香葵花籽，nutty，light body, med+ finish. Overall, very good. This wine tastes very differently from champagne. Compared to champagne, the wine has more dried fruit notes but lack of complexity to some extent.
