Two Sisters Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine

Hasn't moved much in the past 2 years. Still quite fresh and vibrant with lots of fruit, florals, spice and roasted red pepper. Drinking well now, but no rush.

Nice cab franc. Dark fruits, figs, dates, oak, vanilla. Higher end wine from the winery.

Vibrant, spicy, and fruit forward. Raspberry, cherry, and herbs on the nose. Pallet of dark cherries, black pepper, and dried oregano. Smooth tannins and medium body. Doesn't need food, but it did pair well with pizza.

Medium ruby colour. Very youthful. Floral, fresh red fruit, spices and oak. Quite enjoyable now after a decant. I'm interested to see how this evolves over the next decade. Pronounced aromas of fresh roses, violets, cranberry, raspberry, red cherry, roasted red pepper, cracked black pepper, clove, vanilla, cedar, tobacco leaf, singed basil. Pronounced palate. Full body, high acidity, medium tannin, long finish.
