Light yellow. Aromas of yellow apples, citrus, white flowers, brioche. Small bubbles. Light, easy drinking, dry. Medium acidity, medium+ aftertaste.

(Disgorged in 2019, 100% Chardonnay with 1/3 each from Bouzy, Avize and Cramant, based on 2016 & 2015, dosage 8 gr/L) Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing citrus notes, minerals and a spiciness at the same time. Colourful palate showing a smoother acidity with a tropical fruitful mid before the wider finish showing a touch of ginger on the finish. This is good, but feels a bit disharmonious at the same time.
