Fruit forward. With a spicy finish

Light pale yellow and clear. Melon, citrus and mineral nose. Soft and slightly sweet with melon and anise flavors. Nice summer wine.

solid little white wine blend.. If i recall correctly from our visit to Biltmore it has 8 or 9 varieties in it. just a good solid porch pounder.. paired it with beef tacos and some teriyaki glazed salmon over the last week or so.. slightly better with the salmon but paired well with both. good aromatics and a slightly bitter finish. i assume they are going for a version of white CDP.
