Easy drinking. Well balanced. You can taste the Shiraz, as it isn't completely overwhelmed by the Cabernet.

Deep ruby red. Lovely soft berry bouquet with hint of menthol/alcohol. Delicate mint and eucalypt on the palate, well integrated with tamed tannins and oak. Barely medium bodied, which is unusual for these grapes but part of the charm. A very well made wine.. not exactly my style, a bit too subtle, but i can appreciate the complexity.

Sourwood Cafe Tasting. Blackberry nose. Medium-bodied, dark well-balanced fruit on the palate with slight heat. A Bordeaux style wine in which the Shiraz is not so apparent.
