Drunk on valentines day as a (mad, bored lockdown) homage to Silence of the Lambs which came out 30 years ago to the day. Heavily madiersed and raisiny but with some air gentle notes of black cherry and herbs came through. Attack was quite lovely although clearly very tired - stewed cherries and baked earth.
