Dinner at Marukyu (Marukyu, Telok Ayer Street, Singapore) : I do not have much experience with Vin Santi, so the rating may be a bit skewed, but I did enjoy this. When poured, it had a lovely orangey amber colour. PnP. Fresh even with the slightly sherried notes. Delicious creme brulee flavors with a tocuh of orange blossom. Delicious with almond biscotti. Much better than previous bottle.

Not too sweet, went well with soft chees

Beautiful golden brown color. Toffee and molasses with a touch of earth/wood on the nose slightly sherried/oxidized. Golden raisin,caramel with a slightly oxidized finish. A bit thin with a sherry and barely sugar finish. A bit drier than expected.
