60% Sauvignon, 25% Semillion and 15% Muscadelle. Barrel aged and sur lie. Medium plus lemon green. On the nose, creamy, buttery notes but not excessive, lemon, citrus peel, tropical fruit, such as passion fruit. Medium plus finish, medium (plus) acidity, well-balanced.

This is a perfect wine to have with food. Medium-bodied, a lot of freshness with a little nuttiness from barrel aging. The little black dress of dinner party wines, it goes with anything. Maybe not steak...
