Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Sensations of citrus, white flowers and white fruit. The underlying mineral notes give the wine aromatic elegance and power. The attack is mild, light to medium-bodied the flavours are less recognisable than the odors. Overall a nice wine showing yet other aspects of Chasselas.
